“A minimum set of high-level indicators, which capture the overall scope of the goals and targets of the post-2020 global biodiversity framework to be used for planning and tracking progress as set out in decision 15/--. They are nationally, regionally and globally relevant indicators [validated by Parties]. These indicators could also be used for communication purposes”.
